How long do divorce proceedings take?


There is no clear-cut answer to this. Each divorce is different and the time taken changes from case to case. A divorce based on the couple’s agreement can happen in one day or the matter can continue in the court until it sentence for separation (Divorce).



Can the police in the UAE arrest me without a warrant?


Yes, they can but in specific cases as specified by the Law, like flagrante delicto.



I have an employment ban. Can another employer hire me?
